Hello
My name is Matt Lepley and I am a motion graphics & visual effects artist. I’m originally from Kansas City and currently live in Los Angeles, California.
I work on projects from concept to completion, on all aspects of the pipeline including writing, concepting, pitching, pre-production & pre-vis, editing, 2D and 3D design/animation, and finishing & compositing. I can take on these phases solo or divide them up with a team.
A few things I’ve worked on: commercial spots, conference openers, short films and UI animations.

Outside of work, I train, compete and teach ITF Taekwon-Do. I’ve taught in the USA, South America and Africa, and have competed internationally since 2010. I have helped train world-class competitors and have been the captain of the USA Men’s Team since 2016. I started and ran my own programs in Kansas City, Kansas and Tupelo, Mississippi from 2016-2019.
My experiences in martial arts have shaped my approach to my work and art: disciplined, dedicated, and diligent.
